How much does it cost to use pramu?
Account registration and browsing are free. Our platform fee is 10% of total contract value, split equally: 5% paid by the family and 5% deducted from helper payout.
What if the helper is not a good match or quits midway?
We offer a free replacement guarantee within the first 14 days. If no replacement can be found, unearned escrow funds are refunded to your account based on actual worked days.
Are my funds safe in the escrow account?
Yes. Funds are held in a safeguarded account in partnership with Bank Indonesia licensed payment gateway (Xendit). Money is never released until you confirm work completion.
How is my national ID data kept secure?
In accordance with Indonesia PDP Law No. 27/2022, ID documents are strictly used for identity validation, stored with encrypted 5-minute signed URLs, and never sold to third parties.
Can platform admins read my private messages?
No. We maintain zero-knowledge chat architecture. Admins have zero access unless a formal dispute is opened and you explicitly grant a temporary 7-day chat viewing access.
When is the helper wage disbursed?
Disbursement is processed automatically within 1 business day after the family confirms completion, or automatically after 48 hours if no dispute is filed.
