Ketentuan & Perlindungan Escrow
- Dana disimpan dalam rekening penampungan resmi bekerja sama dengan payment gateway berlisensi Bank Indonesia (Xendit).
- Asisten tidak dapat menuntut pembayaran sebelum periode pekerjaan diverifikasi dan dikonfirmasi oleh keluarga pemesan.
- Keluarga terlindungi dari risiko asisten tidak hadir tanpa kabar; bila pekerjaan batal dilakukan, dana dikembalikan penuh (refund) sesuai kebijakan platform.
- Setiap mutasi dana tercatat pada buku besar (ledger) yang permanen dan tidak dapat dimanipulasi.
